Your attention belongs on the guest list, the caterer, the timeline — not on whether the restrooms will run out of water or whether anyone remembered to stock them. That is our job, and we take it seriously enough that you can forget about it entirely.

What comes with every Throne Ranger trailer
- Multiple private stations. Every trailer is designed so guests are not queuing. More stations means shorter lines and a better experience for everyone.
- Fully enclosed, lockable restrooms. Each room is a real room with a locking door — the privacy and security of a high-end indoor facility, not a booth.
- Every restroom has its own sink. No communal troughs — each room is self-contained. Some of our trailers come equipped with hot water; ask about the one you are renting.
- Stocked and ready. Soft two-ply tissue, hand soap and hand towels — never the thin single-ply you get in a portable. Premium extras vary by trailer; ask and we will tell you what is stocked on yours.
- Climate control. Every trailer is air conditioned and heated, so the restroom is comfortable in August humidity and on a cold February evening alike.
- Premium furnishings. Finished interiors with proper vanities, mirrors and lighting — designed to feel like an indoor restroom, because that is what guests compare it to.
Not Every Trailer Is The Same
Across the fleet we offer dual 4K televisions and Bluetooth stereo, LED auto-retracting awnings, remote tank monitoring that lets us watch levels during your event, hot water, and premium consumables. Not every trailer has every feature. Tell us which one you are considering and we will tell you exactly what is on it.
Do I need an attendant?
It depends on the type of event and how your guests move through it. VIP events, high-volume events, and anywhere the restroom experience is part of the impression you are making are all good candidates.
- Nothing for you to manage. No emptying bins, no restocking, no checking on cleanliness mid-event.
- Consistently clean, all night. The restroom your last guest sees looks like the one your first guest saw.
- Supplies replenished before they run out, not after someone complains.
- Professional and discreet. Our attendants work without becoming part of your event.
For long events or heavy use you may also want mid-event servicing — janitorial, or a pump-out. That depends on the load rather than the clock. Tell us about your event and we will tell you honestly whether you need either.
What your site needs
Most sites need nothing more than a standard outlet and a spigot. As a rule of thumb, plan for power within about 100 feet and water within about 200 feet. Neither is a hard limit, but tell us up front so we can plan for it rather than discover it on delivery day.
If your site has neither, onboard fresh water tanks and generator power are available. Just tell us what is there and we will tell you what you need.
Which trailer is right for my event?
The short answer is that stations determine how many guests you can serve comfortably, and tank capacity determines how long we can go before servicing. Here is the fleet at a glance.
These ranges are what we recommend, not the ceiling. The Queen has comfortably handled 650 guests at a food-tasting event where no alcohol was served. Conditions change the answer a lot, though, and we would rather size your event correctly than sell you a bigger trailer than you need.

Guest ranges assume a single-day event of four to six hours. For an all-day event, or one serving alcohol throughout, plan toward the lower end. Multi-day and construction rentals work differently: capacity there is set by how often we service the trailer, not by guest count. If your guest count is modest but spread across several days, a smaller trailer with a service visit between days is often better value than stepping up a size. Call us and we will work out which makes more sense for your event.
What accessibility looks like on our trailers
The 3-Station ADA Steward has a hydraulic lowering frame that drops the trailer so the ramp sits at a gentle grade, with handrails on both sides leading to a level landing at the ADA door. Inside there is a full ADA suite with grab bars, an ADA-height sink and mirror, and room to turn. The men’s and women’s stations are separate and unaffected.
