Q: What is included in the quoted price for renting a Throne Ranger restroom trailer?

• Initial Stocking: We provide an initial stocking of the restroom with premium consumables, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort from the start of your event.
• Fresh Water Load: If needed, we will load the trailer with fresh water.
• Setup and Connection: Our team takes care of setting up the trailer, including connecting it to utilities or setting up the generator, depending on your site’s requirements.
• Customer Training: We provide a brief training to the customer on how to use and maintain the trailer during the event.
• Tear Down and Waste Management: After your event, we manage the tear down of the setup. This includes pumping out one tank of waste, ensuring a hassle-free end to your event.

Q: What luxury features do your restroom trailers offer?

Our trailers boast luxury features like real wood furnishings and granite countertops, fully enclosed restrooms, premium consumables (Charmin toilet paper and wipes, Febreze, Tampax, Scope, Mrs. Meyer’s soaps), multiple A/C’s with heat strips, 4K TVs, stereo systems, lighted auto-retracting awnings and a remote monitoring system.

Q: What are the power and water requirements for the trailers?

Trailers need 2-20 amp or 3-15 amp dedicated circuits (within 70′)  for power and can be connected to a standard garden hose for water. We can provide a generator and water if not available onsite.

Q: Where can I place a Throne Ranger trailer?

The luxury mobile restroom trailer should be positioned on a hard flat, accessible area near power and water sources. We need at least a 13’ vertical clearance.

Q: What does the customer need to supply?

Customers need to ensure a suitable location for the trailer and provide access to power (no further than 75’ for 2 – 20 amp dedicated circuits) and a water hose connection within 90’.

Q: How do I determine the size of the trailer needed for my event?

The size depends on the number of guests and the nature of your event. Our team can assist in recommending the best model based on your specific needs.

Q: What are your payment policies?

We require a 20% payment of the order total to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before the event. We accept credit card and e–check payments. Payments are non-refundable.
