Our most compact luxury restroom trailer — two fully enclosed, private suites with locking doors, each with its own entrance on the curb side. The narrow 6'6" footprint tucks into tight sites where larger trailers can't go, making the Squire ideal for intimate events, office and construction placements, food truck parks, and long-term site service. Climate controlled, winter-ready, and finished in our Grey Silk décor package.

Station Layout: Two fully private restrooms — a Gentlemen's suite with foot-flush china toilet, waterless urinal, and vanity sink, and a Ladies' suite with foot-flush china toilet and vanity sink. Both entrances are on the curb side with fold-out steps, stainless steel handrails, commercial door closers, and occupied indicator lights at each door.
Water & Waste Capacity: 150-gallon on-board fresh water tank with a 6-gallon electric water heater for warm water at the sinks. The trailer can also connect directly to an on-site water source via garden hose. Waste is captured in a 370-gallon vented on-board holding tank with a 3-inch dump valve — exceptional capacity for a two-station unit. For multi-week placements, ask about our scheduled pumping and fresh water fill service.
Long-Term Placements: With its oversized waste tank, winter package, and durable fiberglass construction, the Squire is purpose-built for extended placements — food truck parks, office and construction sites, venues, and facility renovations. Ask about our 28-day and annual rates.
Delivery & Setup: We deliver throughout the Houston metro area and surrounding communities. All units are cleaned and sanitized before every rental. The trailer requires a flat, level placement area and stabilizes on four ram jacks.

Generators are essential to ensure that our luxury restroom trailers are fully functional, providing the necessary power for lights, climate control, and other amenities. Attendant service includes emptying trash cans, restocking essential supplies, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restroom. Waste and Fresh water pumping service includes pumping out the waste from the trailer, refilling the freshwater tank, cleaning the restroom area, restocking supplies, and emptying trash cans.
