If you’ve never rented a luxury restroom trailer before, you probably have questions. How does it work? What do I need to provide? How far in advance should I book? What happens on delivery day? We get it — this is new territory for most people. Here’s a straightforward walkthrough of the entire process from first contact to pickup, so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1: Get a Quote
It starts with a quick conversation. You can call or text us at 713-747-0505, email info@throneranger.com, or fill out our online quote form. We’ll ask about:- Your event date and time
- The expected guest count
- The event type (wedding, corporate, construction, etc.)
- Your venue address
Step 2: Choose Your Trailer
We operate four models, each designed for different event sizes and needs:- King (10-station): Our flagship — built for large events up to 500+ guests with 5 women’s restrooms, 2 men’s restrooms, and 3 urinals
- Queen (6-station): Our mid-range trailer — ideal for weddings and mid-size events up to 350 guests
- Prince (4-station): Our compact option — perfect for smaller gatherings up to 300 guests
- Steward (ADA+2): A dedicated wheelchair-accessible suite plus two standard stations — essential for compliance and inclusivity
Step 3: Confirm Your Booking
Once you choose your trailer, we’ll send a rental agreement and collect a deposit to hold your date. The balance is due before delivery. Simple and straightforward. From quote to pickup, the entire process is designed to be easy on you. We handle the logistics — you focus on your event.
Step 4: Pre-Delivery Coordination
A few days before your event, we’ll confirm delivery logistics with you. We need to know:- The exact placement location on the property
- Access route for our truck and trailer
- The nearest electrical outlet (our trailers need standard 20-amp power)
- Any venue-specific requirements (gate codes, delivery windows, etc.)
Step 5: Delivery Day
Our crew arrives at the scheduled time, positions the trailer in the agreed-upon spot, levels it, connects power, and does a full systems check — A/C, lights, water, locks, everything. We stock all consumables and make sure the trailer is event-ready before we leave. The whole setup process typically takes about 30–45 minutes depending on the site.Step 6: During Your Event
Once we leave, you don’t need to do anything. The remote monitoring system lets us keep an eye on tank levels and trailer status. For multi-day events, we can schedule mid-event pumping and restocking visits through our pumping and fresh water fill service.Step 7: Pickup
After your event, we return to disconnect, clean, and haul away the trailer. You don’t need to clean it, empty it, or do anything to it. We handle everything. How Far in Advance Should You Book?
- Peak season (April–October): Book 4–8 weeks out
- Off-peak: 2–3 weeks is usually fine
- Last-minute: We accommodate when our fleet is available — give us a call
